Purpose The Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome Association serves the needs of CVS patients worldwide, their families, and the growing medical community studying CVS. CVSA has grown from a handful of interested parents and professionals in 1993 into a network that includes over 20 medical advisors and over 90 volunteers serving medical professionals and patients in the U.S. & Canada as well as over in 30 other countries worldwide. The association’s primary focus is on working toward a cure through the support of several promising research initiatives, and supporting its members by strengthening communications and offering a wide range of resources for education and support. |

CVSA The CVSA Federal Idenfication Number is 39-1767509. Donations are tax deductible under designation of a non-profit organization by the Internal Revenue Service, Section 501(C)(3). |
As a volunteer driven non-profit organization, we are very proud that 93% of our funds go directly toward our advocacy of research and our education and support programs (our most recent Federal Income Tax Return). Most of our volunteers either have CVS themselves or have a child or children with CVS and exhibit an extraordinary level of commitment to our organization. |
